AmountInput

An amount of money typed in the Provider language and reported in exact minor units, never a float.

Added

First version: a bigint value in minor units, parsing and formatting by language, paste, decimal and limit messages, a form value.

Fixed

Text with two decimal separators (“1.2.3” in English) is no longer guessed; it is invalid.

Changed

New sm size (32 px); md is 36 px (40 px on a touch screen) and lg 40 px. Corner radius is 10 px.
The box gets a hairline shadow; the focus outline is drawn 2 px outside the box; an invalid box gets a 2 px danger halo.
