First version: Chart and Chart.Sparkline, built on ECharts with the SVG renderer only.
kind: line, area, bar, stacked-bar, donut; height: sm, md, lg.
Colours and the font are read from the tokens at run time; the chart redraws when the brand or mode changes.
Caption, summary sentence, the aria component, patterns and a data table for every chart (table: toggle, visible, hidden).
loading, an empty state, hideValues, formatValue and formatCategory.
Motion: 400 ms entrance, 240 ms update; off with reduced motion.

Chart theme: horizontal grid lines only, axis text in chart-axis, a tooltip on the popup surface, a band cursor for bars and a rule for lines; bars rounded at the outer end only; smooth lines; area fills fading from 30 % to 2 %; a donut with gaps; the legend at the top. Values use tabular figures.
