motion.popover, motion.hover, motion.selectionMark; menu-min-width, menu-max-width, menu-item-height component tokens.
Glass material: under a glass Provider this surface turns glass; material="solid" keeps it solid.

Changed

Shared overlay surface: raised fill, the border-overlay hairline and a shadow.
Option rows share one metric (menu-item-* tokens); the highlighted row takes the selected fill. The list has 4 px padding and 10 px corners (menu-radius).
