FilterBar

Filter controls for a list or table: applied-filter chips, a result count and one-click clear.

Added

First version: the generic FilterBar<TFilter> with the Search, Field, More, Apply, Clear, Applied and ResultCount parts.
Field kinds search, select, multi-select and toggle; the value is a typed object.
apply: instant or batch (Apply is enabled only when the draft differs).
Applied-filter chips, “Clear filters”, and focus moving to the first control after clearing.
A polite result count announcement delayed by 500 ms through resultCount; a loading state.
A “More filters” panel below 1024 px.
The filtersToSearchParams and searchParamsToFilters URL helpers.
