A form that checks its fields on submit, lists problems in a linked summary and moves focus to it.

First version: checks on submit, a linked validation summary, focus on the summary or the first field, server errors.
The ui.form.* strings.
schema: checks on submit with any Standard Schema v1 schema (Zod, Valibot, ArkType); issues go to the fields by name and to the summary, and the output is the third argument of onSubmit. Async schemas are awaited. The library ships no schema package; StandardSchemaV1, formDataToObject and issuesToErrors are exported.
