Added

First version: an alertdialog on the Popover; title, description, confirmLabel, cancelLabel, tone, onConfirm with promise support, onCancel; the ui.popconfirm.* strings.

Changed

The panel uses the shared popup surface: a hairline edge (border-overlay), shadow-popup and 10 px corners.
