• First version: a placeholder in the shape of content.
• shape (text, block, circle), lines, width, height, loading, label, decorative, children.
• The highlight crosses three times with motion.skeleton; content arrives with motion.reveal.
• The ui.skeleton.loading library string: “İçerik yükleniyor” / “Loading content”.

Changed

• The fill is the layer fill (surface-layer-2); the crossing highlight is the raised surface colour.
