Added

• SplitButton: a main action and a menu of related actions, on Base UI Menu.
• Menu open and chevron turn motion, with reduced motion support.

Changed

• The secondary pair has an explicit divider: the border colour, the danger border for danger.
• Heights are 32, 36 and 40 px; the default md is 36 px, 40 px on a touch screen. Corner radius is 10 px.
• Focus shows as a 2 px outer focus outline with a 2 px gap (focus-outline).
• The menu uses the shared overlay surface and option row metric.
